Consent to Personal Data Processing

By selecting the consent checkbox and submitting a form on the NayDoo website, you freely and voluntarily consent, in your own interests, to the processing of your personal data.

Data covered

• last and first name;
• email address;
• phone number or messaging app contact;
• company name and job title;
• information about a vacancy or professional experience;
• contents of attached files (job descriptions, CVs and profile links).

Purposes of processing

• reviewing your enquiry and preparing a recruitment proposal;
• responding using the contact details you provide;
• participation in recruitment processes;
• maintaining an internal enquiry database.

Processing activities

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, anonymisation, restriction, deletion and destruction, using automated or non-automated methods.

Duration and withdrawal of consent

Consent remains valid until the purposes of processing have been fulfilled or until you withdraw it. To withdraw consent, send a written request to hello@naydoo.pro; your data will be deleted within 30 calendar days of receipt, unless otherwise required by law.

Confirmation
